Spicy Garlic Prawns
Finely chop chilli, spring onions and coriander.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic, spring onions and chilli and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.
Add the coriander and toss until thoroughly combined.
Serve and enjoy!
