Spicy Garlic Prawns

The perfect crowd-pleasing summer dish!

• 1 kg peeled green prawns, tails intact
• 10g Always Fresh Garlic Stir-in Paste
• 2 long chillies
• 1/4 bunch fresh coriander
• 3 spring onions
• 3 Tbsp Always Fresh Spanish Olive Oil



Finely chop chilli, spring onions and coriander.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic, spring onions and chilli and cook, stirring for 1 minute.

Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.

Add the coriander and toss until thoroughly combined.

Serve and enjoy!
