Red Pepper & Basil Pizza

A simple combination of classic Mediterranean flavours

• 4 pita breads • 100g haloumi cheese, thinly sliced • 100g Always Fresh Marinated Red Pepper Strips • Fresh basil leaves • Canola Oil Spray • 10g Always Fresh Minced Garlic • Sea salt, to taste


Spray each pita bread lightly with canola oil, and smear with garlic.

Top each evenly with haloumi and pepper strips.

Bake at 180c for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

Top each with sea salt and fresh basil leaves, serve immediately.
