
Prosciutto and Olive Pizza
A simple and tasty dinner or snack using our ready to use Pizza Olives!
Cooking Time: 20 mins Makes: 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tomato passata
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 x 30cm pizza base using our recipe
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 button mushrooms, sliced
- ½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g Always Fresh Pizza Olives
- 4-6 thin slices prosciutto
- basil leaves, for garnish
Method
- Combine tomato passata and garlic and spread over pizza base.
- Top with mozzarella, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and Always Fresh Pizza Olives.
- Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Arrange prosciutto over hot pizza and serve garnished with basil leaves.
