Prosciutto and Olive Pizza

A simple and tasty dinner or snack using our ready to use Pizza Olives!
Cooking Time: 20 mins Makes: 2


  • 1/2 cup tomato passata
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 x 30cm pizza base using our recipe 
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 button mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g Always Fresh Pizza Olives
  • 4-6 thin slices prosciutto
  • basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Combine tomato passata and garlic and spread over pizza base.
  2. Top with mozzarella, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and Always Fresh Pizza Olives.
  3. Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Arrange prosciutto over hot pizza and serve garnished with basil leaves.
