Easy Greek-style Salad

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 baby cos lettuce
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 100g feta cheese, cubed
  • 100g Always Fresh Salad Olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Fresh dill, for garnish


  1. Combine onion and red wine vinegar and allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and arrange on a platter with tomato wedges, cucumber, feta, Always Fresh Salad Olives, onion and vinegar and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Serve garnished with dill.
