Blue Cheese Grazing Plate
Arrange the Blue Vein Cheese in the corner of the platter so guests can easily access with a cheese knife.
Decant the Beetroot Relish into a small serving bowl and sit on the opposite corner of the platter.
Cut radish into thin slices and arrange on the platter. Arrange whole breakfast radishes around the platter.
Scatter some Kalamata Olives, Sicilian Olives and Baby Gherkins amongst the cheese, relish and radishes.
Loosely arrange grissini sticks on the edges of the platter.
