Classic Reuben Sandwich
Nothing beats a fresh roll with simple flavours on a Summers day

Ingredients
- 2 slices of rye bread
- Butter
- ¼ cup Always Fresh Polish Sauerkraut
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 120g thinly sliced pastrami (or corn beef)
- 6 slices Always Fresh Sliced Sweet Spiced Gherkins
- 3 Always Fresh Dill Cucumbers
Method
Spread butter on each slice of bread
On one slice of bread, build the sandwich by adding pastrami, sauerkraut, gherkins and cheese. Add the other slice of bread on top.
Place sandwich in sandwich press and cook until the bread in golden brown and crisp.
Allow the sandwich to cool before cutting it in half. Serve with dill cucumbers and enjoy.
