Red Pepper & Basil Pizza
A simple combination of classic Mediterranean flavours

Spray each pita bread lightly with canola oil, and smear with garlic.
Top each evenly with haloumi and pepper strips.
Bake at 180c for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Top each with sea salt and fresh basil leaves, serve immediately.
